Top Notch Catering was founded by Wilma Broekarts of S and S Foodservices and Ed Gillisse. The core activity of S and S Food Services B.V. aka Soup and Such provides food services for international organizations with an emphasis on freshness, quality, healthy products, customer satisfaction and value for money. S&S was responsible for the in-house catering of, among others, ICTY, OPCW and the Peace Palace, all in The Hague.

Together with Ed Gillisse, known as a top chef in The Hague, we have our joint focus on high-quality catering services and created Top Notch Catering. We have been providing on-site services for numerous ambassadors and other dignitaries for two years now and are now also the regular party caterer of the prestigious Venduehuis in The Hague.
